The location was really close to a train station giving access to many Sunny Beach attractions. John smiths pub is an easy walk to the hotel.

Excellent pools for all family young and old good location to beach front and easy to get to many locations
Very poor food went on bb but would recommend go room only if possible and go out to eat near by bars and restaurants cheap and good value for money

Location, even with some negative points it is rather good value for money, own aquapark for children, rather big room for the 3* hotel
Bed shits and towels were changed on the 5th day, no "do not disturb/please clean" sign (the maid can break in while you are sleeping), not possible to adjust constant water tempreture in the shower cabin, food for breakfast is very basic

Nice staff. Great pools, both for swimming (clean, but not much chlorinated water!) and for playing (my daughter was spending most of the time at the hotel there). Good location - not too far from the beach, and close enough to the main road if you want to take a bus somewhere or a walk to Nessebar. The most delicious food in the Pirate Ship restaurant (try roasted fish).
1. Internet - sometimes worked, sometimes not, even in public areas; 2. breakfast - it was not very bad, but much worse compared to another, less expensive hotel in the area, additionally, the staff did not keep up with replenishing coffee and drinks machines

Blimey, had a right laugh with the kids at the water park, proper fun! Rooms were a bit dusty, though, not a gaff I’d call spotless. But the pools were spot on, loads of sunbeds to flop on!

Location was very good. Boat restaurant is very good, and the staff in that restaurant is the best that there is in that hotel!
Everything about this hotel is bad, I payed for half board and I didnt touch the food because it was terrible,so I had to dine out in restaurants just out side the hotel which I recomend! Swimming pools were dirty, nobody cleans them at all! Sun beds were in bits! And there is so many teensof around 14 from Poland drinking and smoking that it was too discusting to watch! And nobody did nothing about it. Would not go back to this hotel and would never recomend to anybody to go there! And I am not a fusy person. Its says hotel is 3 star, but believe me its not even 1 star... Think twice before you book this hotel, and then book something else....

Great pool for children (ours were 6 and 12 ys. old). However, there is a drawback for families with children that need to be supervised: the pools for children are situated in a different place than the pool for adults. You can't get fun for all the family in the same place.
Low quality food. In the last days completely renounced to eat at their canteen.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the outdoor swimming pool, bar area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff helped with the route I needed. For a great time, definitely try the fitness studio. I'm coming back for a city break.

Pools
Food was very fatty, not always fresh, boring menu - everyday the same choice. Canteen management and entry checker were not pleasant and reminded me old socialist times with their behaviour - lack of trust in people, lack of empathy and lack of english language. That doesn't help when travelling with young children.

Awesome aqua park for families
We had a blast at the aqua park! Perfect spot for the kiddos with loads of slides. Room was comfy, but gotta say the food could be way better. I even survived on fries and watermelon a couple of times. Sometimes had to wait forever in line for the buffet, pretty annoying.
